Château Vieille Tour
“Signature” is a very special cuvée, a unique and different edition depending on the inspiration of the winemaker.
It is really a special blend where Jérôme Gouin takes pleasure in trying something more original, with more personality, or why not more character.
In this cuvée he is looking for “his” defenition of perfection or a certain level ofquality which he will be particularly proud of.
Thus, the Petit Verdot grape variety will offer its aromatic signature to the red version of the cuvée and the whites of the eponymous cuvée will have been selected with the greatest care, then vinified and aged in barrels, without sulfur.
